As Wairarapa's only owned and operated surveying company, we pride ourselves in the contributions we make to the community in every project we work on. The reason is simple. We live in the communities we help develop and we stake our reputation on the quality of work we do.
Communities are about people and how they interact. The role of a surveyor is to design a subdivision to suit the people who would choose to live in a community taking into factors such as privacy, public spaces, topography and street layout.
Tomlinson & Carruthers has grown with the Wairarapa region and we continue to work towards improving the quality of life in every project we manage. Our team bring with them not only local knowledge in how things should be done but also experience from outside the region to ensure the region benefits from evolving methods.
If there is one thing Tomlinson & Carruthers has learned in the countless subdivisions, public works and land development projects we have worked on since 1948 it is this – successful communities are ones in which successive generations enjoy living in.
