Pack 'n Save
	Client		Foodstuffs New Zealand Limited & Mainzeal
	Job		Pack 'n Save, Chapel Street, Masterton
	Short Description		Topographical survey & setout of supermarket, carpark, utilities & petrol station.
	Status		Completed
	Detail		The client had a concept that Tomlinson & Carruthers extended & implemented to a fully designed development. Initially, Tomlinson & Carruthers were approached for the planning and land surveying to remove the existing dwellings from the site to other sites throughout the Wairarapa. The firm was then involved with various aspects of the land survey for site preparation, topographical survey and then setout of the buildings, parking and the petrol station.

ASB Bank

	Short Description		Topographical survey and site setout.
	Status		Completed
	Detail		As a new business to the Wairarapa, ASB Bank sought the experience of the region's oldest surveying firm for the layout of their first branch in Masterton. Tomlinson & Carruthers worked with the client to set out the footprint for the building and prepare as built plans for utilities.

	Short Description		Topographical survey and site setout.
	Status		Completed
	Detail		Located on a busy intersection, Beaurepaires needed to utilise the site to its maximum potential both from a profile perspective and a space management approach. Access by customers and road safety was a key element. Tomlinson & Carruthers were involved in the set out of the building to ensure that all these objectives were acheived.
